Safari in Maasai Mara

It is thanks to the Directors that we transformed a passion into a small business.

With them, we have organized cleaning parties in the reserve and workshops for Maasai ladies.

Mara Bush camp and Mara Bush camp Private Wing are 2 of the most amazing camps in the Maasai Mara.

They are located in the heart of the reserve, on the banks of the seasonal Olare Orok River at only 5 minutes from Olkiombo airstrip.

Private Wing overlooks a large hippo pool boasting over 40 hippos at any given time.

River crossings during the July to October season are only a short drive away from the camp.

The tents are designed to give you ample space, with a bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a wooden, private verandah / deck with lounge chairs, a writing desk, bathrobes & slippers.

Private Wing offers beautiful walkways with little bridges and a well thought out central fireplace to remind you of ‘the Out of Africa’ atmosphere. It is the most appropriate place to unwind and enjoy a drink while listening to the safari stories of other guests. “Mara Bush Camp and Mara Bush camp “Private Wing” are not fenced and wildlife roams freely.

What I personally love is the interaction between the staff and the guests. Each guest is a PERSON, not just a booking. The staff really tries to make each holiday unique and special. I just LOVE it and I will never be tired of it.
