Product availability
Once Eclastic accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available, we kindly ask you to try back again or contact us at info@eclastic.org.
All the items available are handmade therefore not always the same.
Each imperfection guarantees uniqueness.
Colors and shape can vary according to the availability of materials and the artist who made them.

Order process
The technical steps to place your Order and create a contract of sale between you and us are, as follows: a) You place an Order on the Website by pressing the ‘add to cart’ button below each item. You will be guided through the process of placing an Order by a series of simple instructions on the Website. b) We will send you an email confirming your Order which will detail the Product. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your Order by us. c) As your Order is shipped we will send you a despatch confirmation email. d) Subject to us having accepted your Order, we will then arrange for delivery of it to you at your nominated address or make it available for collection on the date and time nominated by you. Non-acceptance of your Order (or parts of your Order) may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- A product you ordered is out of stock;
- We have identified an error with a Product Description
- The address and info you provided are not correct
Delivery
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
Returns Policy
Products must be returned in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return. Please note that your right to cancel or return a Product does not apply to personalised items. Damage: We will repair the broken item if you send it back to us. We deal with breakage on a case-by-case basis. If you receive the item already damaged we will change it. Contact us in case of any doubt at info@eclastic.org Don’t forget than handcrafted items are one of a kind and the replacement may look slightly different.
How to return an item
Send an email to info@eclastic.org specifying number of items to return and reason. You will be contacted directly by our customer care team.
Right to cancel the purchase
You may cancel this purchase for any reason before the items is delivered If you cancel this purchase, Eclastic will, upon receipt of the returned products, refund or credit any payments you have made for the ordered products.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Website.
